Explore an improved shopping experience and a new way to discover LifeWear.

Check out what we've been working on to make online shopping easier than ever.

Due to the service changes which will take place in transition to our new website, there are some details which we really need you to know. Please read below:

 

  • +  What’s New? 

    The new UNIQLO online store is now available! To learn more about all the latest special features, you can click here for more details.


    A new homepage design with easier navigation

    • Use the magnifying glass button to move around the website and see all the product categories at a glance. 
    • Scroll for inspiration, recommendations, and more.

    Find what’s trending
    • Visit our best sellers page and view all the trending products or filter by category.

  • +  Promotion Codes and Coupons expiration

    Heads up! All saved coupons and promotion codes will expire at 18:29 on September 16th. Make sure you visit the UNIQLO App or the UNIQLO website to use your coupons before it's too late!

  • +  Click & Collect service temporary closure

    From September 2nd, our Click & Collect service will be temporarily unavailable for all new orders. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We look to resume our Click and Collect Service in mid September.

    Collection of click and collect orders will still be available until 12th September from your selected store. After this date, uncollected orders will be returned back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. Please see your ‘Ready for Collection’ message for details of your collection period.  

    Please note: All online orders over 60€ are still eligible for FREE home delivery.

  • +  Returns

    If your order is placed before September 17th then you will need to return your order via the original Returns Portal, which will still be available after the launch of the new website. 

    Returns placed after September 17th will have to be returned via the new returns process and cannot be returned via the original returns portal.

    How do I return my order?

  • +  UNIQLO Account password reset

    When accessing your account, after our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password as we make improvements to our security systems. Once you have reset your password, you will receive a 10€ coupon in your account which you can use on your next order!
