Q. Can I return my gift card?

Digital Gift Card

Digital gift cards are not eligible for return.

Physical Gift Card

If you change your mind on the online purchase of physical gift card, you may cancel your gift card within 30 days as per UNIQLO’s online return policy. Physical gift cards bought in stores are not eligible for returns.

Please contact our Gift Card Customer Services at uniqlo@buyatab.com to process the refund of your gift card.
