What are UNIQLO Coupons?
Below you will find a list of the most common coupons and how you can obtain them. UNIQLO.com offers the following coupons:

*Please note: Coupons have an expiry date. You can find this by checking your UNIQLO coupon wallet.
New App Download Coupon
UNIQLO App users who register their membership information for the first time will receive a coupon.
New Account Welcome Coupon
Upon registering with UNIQLO.com for the first time, new customers will receive a welcome code.
Birthday Coupon
For customers who have registered as members at the online store, a coupon will be sent as a birthday celebration. As part of the member registration process, customers must enter their date of birth.
Where can I get a coupon?
There are three ways to obtain coupons:
1. When you register for a UNIQLO.com account for the first time.
2. When you download the UNIQLO App for the first time and link your UNIQLO Account
3. When you register your date of birth in membership information when you are creating an account.

Q. Can I use a Coupon that is more than the total of my order?
A.To successfully apply a coupon to an order, the subtotal of the order must be of greater value by at least a 1€ of the coupon amount. *Please note that this is only for coupons that do not already have the minimum limitations listed.
Example:
New Account Welcome Coupons (New UNIQLO.com Account)- 10€ off of 80€+
The minimum order subtotal must be over 80€ (before shipping) to redeem a coupon for an online order.
Birthday Coupons - 10€ off of 80€+

Q. Can I redeem multiple coupons and promo codes on one order?
A. Unless this is directly stated in the coupon details, you can only use one coupon per transaction, and coupons cannot be combined with other coupons. Please kindly refer to the Terms and Conditions of the coupon for more information.
How to Use Coupons
Coupons are added directly to your UNIQLO BE account, they can be found under your Membership Profile.

You MUST APPLY coupons to purchase both online and in-store. It WILL NOT be automatically applied.

How to Use Coupon: In-store
At a UNIQLO store, you can redeem coupons via the Self Checkout Kiosk or at a Staff-Checkout. Please be aware that you will only be able to redeem your coupon in-store if you have linked your UNIQLO.com account and your UNIQLO app accounts.

Please scan your membership ID at the machine and select the coupon you wish to use on the payment screen.

Please present the coupon you wish to use after your membership ID has been scanned.
How to Use Coupon: Online
To apply a coupon to your online order, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on "Coupon" on the Shopping Bag screen or purchase procedure screen.
2. Select the desired coupon and click "Apply"
3. Only coupons that meet the purchase requirements can be applied. To view coupon purchase requirements, please access the coupon page and click "Details."

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Will my coupon automatically apply to my order if it meets the requirements?
A. No, all coupons that want to be used during either an online or in-store order need to be applied during the checkout process.
Q. I had a coupon on my account but now it’s not there, what happened to my coupon?
A. Coupons are only valid for a certain amount of time. If the coupon is not showing on your account, it is likely to be expired or already used. All coupon information regarding expiry dates can be found under Details
Q. I just canceled my order but I used a coupon, will that coupon still be on my account?
A. Yes! Since the order was not completed you can still use your coupon in a future order.
Q.I have multiple coupons. Can I use more than one on my order?
A. You can only use one coupon per order or in-store purchase.
Q. How do coupons affect my exchange/return request ?
A. For Exchanges: The coupon is applied to every item equally, your coupon will not be affected.
For Returns: The value of your coupon is distributed proportionately across all items in your order. Please note that when returning an item from an order where a coupon has been applied, the value of the coupon will be deducted accordingly. Please be aware that the coupon cannot be re-issued. If you return the item and you would like to reorder another size, we cannot reissue the coupon or deduct the discount from your new order. You will only be refunded what you paid for the item after discounts have been applied if discounts are applicable.
Q. Can I add a coupon to my order once it is placed?
A. As stated in our terms and conditions, if you fail to enter your discount code at the checkout we cannot apply it or reimburse the value of it once the order has been placed.
Q. Do you offer promotion coupons or discounts for students?
A. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any student discounts.
