Q. Where is my order confirmation email?




Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation email. This email includes your order number. Please check the spam/junk and promotions folders of the email address used to place your order. If you have a UNIQLO account, you can also review your order history.

Please note that your order confirmation is subject to stock availability and validating payment details. Once this is completed, your order will be dispatched and you will be sent a shipment confirmation email. Please note you will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
