Due to the national demonstration on 12th March, the delivery of your order may take longer than expected. To stay informed of the latest status of your parcel, please track your parcel via Track & Trace and My Bpost App.

If you do not have an account, you can also track your order/your return by logging into your guest account and using the username provided in the confirmation email.


Please note that once your returned items have been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.


You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-5 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.
