• Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of receipt

• Log in to your Account or Guest account
• Select the items you wish to return
• Generate your return label
• You will receive the label by email

If you withdraw from your entire order:

• Full refund of returned items
• Standard delivery fee (€3.95) refunded, if shipping was paid.

If you withdraw from part of your order:

• Delivery fee is not refunded

• You are responsible for the return cost
• A €2.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)
