Q. ❗ Due to the Belgium national strike action on 29th April, the delivery of your order/ your return may be delayed.




Due to the Belgium national strike action on 29th April, there may be delays in the delivery/ return of your parcel.

You can track your order/ your return by logging into your UNIQLO account or guest account by clicking here: Access my account

If you do not have an account, you can also track your order/your return by logging into your guest account and using the username provided in the confirmation email.

Please note that once your returned items have been received back at our Warehouse, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after it has been received.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been processed. The refund will be processed and completed within 3-5 business days, depending on the processes at your bank or credit card company.
