Q. Can I make an exchange?




Online Order Exchanges

We do not offer postal exchanges online. Should you wish to exchange your online purchased item, the original item will need to be returned and another order will have to be placed.

Alternatively, you are able to exchange your order at any UNIQLO Belgium store. You may only exchange for the same value or more as we cannot offer a partial refund. After exchanging, you will no longer be able to receive a refund. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

Please make sure you print or download your invoice (attached to your shipment confirmation email) as this is needed to process any exchange. 


Store Purchase Exchange

You may exchange your store purchased items in any UNIQLO Belgium store if it is within the 30 day returns period. You must provide a valid receipt in order to return or an exchange in-store. Please note that altered items are not eligible to be exchanged or returned. All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
